This can have numerous benefits, from Dissolving Stress to Physical, Emotional and Mental Healing to Clairvoyance to Greater Self Awareness and much more.
You must notice your breathing pattern while you are in a deep state of Reiki Meditation. Every time you sit for meditation you can recall and recreate this breathing pattern to enter deep state of meditation faster than before.
Daily Practice of Reiki hand positions and Reiki Meditation is key to fast spiritual growth.
