Reiki and Breathing

When you activate Reiki for self-healing or for healing others you will notice a change in breathing. This indicates many things – releasing of tension, release of emotional charge, opening of the chakras, increase in energy levels, release of toxins, deep relaxation, etc.

When you give Reiki energy it might stimulate images stored in the mind. These images are related to past events and there may be emotions you had gone through during these events. Sometimes we hold these emotions unknowingly. During Reiki session or while Reiki attunements or during your daily Reiki practice these emotions are released. When the release happens there is a change in your breathing. You will feel lighter or more peaceful after the release.

You can give Reiki as long as you want and keep noticing the breath. Your breathing lets you know what is happening inside. Your morning and evening Reiki practice makes you calm and centered. You can also practice Reiki with awareness of your breath anytime you feel the need during the day but do not skip your morning and evening Reiki practice.

I recommend this to all my students. Reiki has a wonderful effect on all areas of your life. Just find time to relax and practice Reiki. You will find that your day becomes more productive with 30 minutes of Reiki with breath awareness.

Reiki Third Degree Course

Is it better to refresh your Reiki Second Degree course before you do your Reiki Third Degree course, especially if there is a gap between the 2 degrees?

Let me respond to the 2 questions below:

1. Regarding refresher course:
We a 1 hour refresher of Reiki 1 and 2 in a personal one on one session or via Skype + distance ‘booster’ attunements + guided meditation or if you wish you can review Reiki First and Second Degree Class start to finish. You can join our next class at a nominal fee. I recommend the online option because you can save time but it’s up to you to
decide.

Note: The benefit of Reiki is what ever you learn is always with you. The
attunement lasts for 1 lifetime. You can catch up with the practice anytime even after
a long gap. A refresher always helps, online or offline does not matter
because Reiki Energy has no limits.

2. Regarding Reiki 3rd Degree:
Reiki 3 is for personal growth. In this you learn how Reiki works at a spiritual
level. With the 3rd degree you learn the symbol that gives you spiritual growth.
You will learn to use the symbol for various applications or goals or objectives. You will learn
how healing happens at the highest level with these new symbols.

Preparation: Once booking is confirmed, arrive at the agreed date and time wearing
comfortable clothing. You will get Reiki Manual (PDF), Reiki Certificate, Reiki
Meditation mp3, lifetime access to our support, etc.

Learn Reiki 1st Degree

Thanks for your interest in learning Reiki 1st degree

Let me answer the frequent asked questions about Reiki for the benefit of
all the readers:

1. What is the duration of the Course? – Duration of course: is 1 day (4 hours if it is a 1 to 1 session, more than 4 hours for groups)
2. When can we schedule the course? – Any day based on mutual convenience is fine. Saturday and Sunday is preferred by students who are working. Class can be schedules in the evening as well on a working day. Other students prefer afternoon session.
3. What is the basic qualification required for the course? – Any adult human being can learn Reiki first degree. To do Reiki second degree, you must complete Reiki 1st degree, and to do Reiki third degree you must complete Reiki 2nd degree.
4. What is Location of the study? – You can come to Kandivali or Mira Road or you can Learn Reiki at home or on Skype.
5. Do you have separate teachers for females? – We have male Reiki Masters for Male students and Female Reiki Masters for female students.
6. What is the benefit of learning Reiki at home? – Benefit of doing it at home is that we also energize the house with Positive Reiki Energy and other family members can also listen to the class. Reiki Attunement will be given to the student only.
7. What we will get on course completion? – You will get Reiki Manual (PDF), Reiki Certificate, Reiki Meditation mp3 and life time guidance and support.

Hi Hemali,

I guess you have completed Reiki Level 2 and you want to do Level 3, is that
right?

If that is the case can take 3rd degree in which you can learn healing on
spiritual level with 1 additional symbol.

If you want to spread the message of Reiki, you can also take Master degree in
which you will learn 2 more symbols and learn how to attune others to Reiki 1, 2 &
3.

Reiki Attunement

What really happens during Reiki Attunement? (as taught by Mrs Anjani in Reiki Master Level Course in Airoli, Navi Mumbai in Sep 2012)

Reiki energy is not transferred to you. It is a myth. Reiki Energy is already flowing through you. The flow however is not enough to keep you healthy. The chakras are not clean, they are not balanced and not in harmony with each other.

The Reiki energy opens and cleans the chakras. Then the chakras are empowered and attuned to receive and pass on more Reiki energy than before to yourself and others.

After attunement you can turn on Reiki with your intention and start healing your self and others with more power as your practice increases.

Reiki has a purpose. With Reiki the Monks used to stay without food for days and still stay healthy and energetic. The monks still use Reiki to advance in spiritual realization. With Reiki you get better control over your senses and your mind. Reiki is extensively used for spiritual advancement and for charity (healing others).

I don’t want anyone to limit themselves to healing. With Reiki the Possibilities are endless.

Reiki Level 1 Healing

Many people who have experienced the Reiki Level 1 healing admit that it brings about a sudden and profound transformation. It happens during attunement and continues for a few days after the attunement. After the attunement you may find it easy to sit down for meditation in the morning or evening and experience inner peace that comes with Reiki Meditation.

Although it is recommended that you enjoy your Reiki practice for 21 days before going to next level, it is not compulsory to wait too long for the second or third degree of Reiki. If you are taking second or third Degree of Reiki from a different Reiki Master, do not compare the process followed by the 2 Masters. This is because the Masters intuitively make changes in the formalized process to suit the way Reiki Energy chooses to express itself through them.

The Reiki Master’s intentions during the attunement process activates the powers and potentials stored in your chakras. Reiki energy is flowing through you all the time, even before you are attuned. Attunement increases the flow of Reiki Energy. Attunement also cleans and opens your channels bringing you better health and more success. With higher attunements, higher powers are activated in you which includes distance healing, intuition, distance communication, better decision-making, being at the right place at the right time, etc.

Reiki Level 1 Class: Reiki History

Reiki Level 1 Class: Reiki History (as taught in Reiki First degree Class in Thane by Mrs Anjani in Oct 2012)

Reiki has been practiced by many Monks in the East for helping the followers in advancing on the path of spirituality faster. Dr Mikao Usui was studying the Buddhist Texts and practicing various techniques and meditations. While doing meditation for many days, he got attuned to the Reiki energy. He was fasting for many days but he was full of energy. His chakras got completely activated. He had achieved self-realization.

With an intention he could help others in any way he wanted including improvement in health and advancing in spiritual life. With an intention he could also activate the Reiki energy of others so that they can also help others. To focus the mind, he found that the symbols were very useful.

Symbols is the language of the Reiki energy. You can express your intention to heal others or to attune others to Reiki with the symbols. Reiki is not only to heal the body. You can heal the mind. You can reach your goals, Strengthen your decision, etc. Most Spiritual Gurus use the Reiki Energy to help advance the followers on the spiritual path and overcome any obstacle on the path.

Reiki Energy can be used to achieve material goals but its real power is in achieving spiritual goals. He formalised the process and divided into various parts so that others and learn and use the same in the time available to them. Everyone can not spend their life on a mountain so Dr Mikao Usui made a process that can be followed by busy people and reach the same level of spiritual realization.
